「The proximity to the Loop was excellent. The rugs, both in the hallway and in the unit were stained and dirty looking, The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were certainly not luxury sheets. I know check out was listed as 10 AM but I have never stayed anywhere that the cleaner showed up exactly on the dot, then proceeded to stand there until you left. (We were basically ready but just needed to finish gathering our things.)」

「Do not book here. We booked same day and were traveling to Chicago from the east coast by car. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed. We were driving across the country and not checking our messages — they sent a message saying they would cancel our booking if we didn’t send the $300 deposit within an hour.
