"Beach beautiful Lights in bedroom on side of bed needed to be upgraded Hard to get an umbrella at pool a lot of hogging chairs by the pool Solicitation every where pool, beach even walking out of buffet Steak place was excellent Most rooms back up to an alley this is where their trucks drive to bring their goods, not overly noisy, but was a little surprised Seaweed was minimal but other resorts were really bad with red seaweed Room service no booze delivered food was ok fur room service No welcome rum gift to either of our room Casino was strange very few tables n machines are very old Gift shop was very expensive sunblock $30 $40 aloe"

"Check in was easy and simple, our rooms were clean. Majority of the staff were very kind and helpful. Some of them were dismissive due to Language barrier. Resort was safe, staff made sure they knew when we left and came back safely every-time. Food was good they had a lot of variety. None of the food made me sick or have any issues. The drinks were good but not strong they were most likely watered down but I still felt it a good amount of the time. Overall a great stay I would recommend, even staging on the family side it wasn’t too much kids they didn’t make a difference. "

"Elegance is a wonderful resort. The staff is attentive and friendly, we have even kept in touch with some throughout the year. The beach is exceptional, we never left it. A few places were dated, but that’s ok. They are doing a renovation next year. Never had a bad meal, plenty of choices. Love the outdoor bars, great place to hang out. Only thing they could do better on is the evening entertainment, but it’s not a game changer. We will still be retiring next year for our fourth visit before the renovations begin."
