「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. The staff was very help full and good natured, shout out to Benjamin. We love that you can stay out of the sun or rain most of the time due to the layout. The grounds are beautiful and lush. 「We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! 」
