"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. "素泊まり、温泉目的で選びました。女湯は海を眺める絶景で、男湯はそうでもなかったそうです。夜朝で交代する仕組みがあればよかったかもしれません。二回奥の部屋までの廊下は冷房がないのか夏は暑いです。トイレにも共有でした。"

"I have often visited this hotel for work, as the minister for their wedding chapel, but this was the first time I stayed as a guest. The onsite onsen is very niceand the views over Sasebo City and the 99 Islands group is amazing from just about anywhere in the hitel. "
