"This is a nice, clean, seemingly newly renovated cabin with good air conditioning located about 20-25 minutes from Bemidji. The area feels pretty remote generally (some gravel road on the way etc.), but there is a cluster of cabins on the small lake. Downsides were no functioning internet, cell service or smart TV, and it felt pretty personal (clothes and other owner materials in the closet and desk, owner visited frequently etc.). "I have to say your pictures and description are good but I tell you when we got here we were in awe!! You certainly didn't spare any money on decorating and supplying the home with everything we needed. Your grounds on the resort were so clean and beautiful. Our family had so much fun with the Bayliner rental and will come back again. Monte and Sandy were very friendly and helped us right away with whatever we needed.
