All guests must be registered on the guests' registry before any keys will be given to property. The quote given and paid

was for only the # of guest reserved for the duration of the reservation by ("Guest"). All guest have to

be counted(Adults, Children, Toddlers and Infants/Babies). In the case a guests is not in the count when the

reservation is made and paid ("Guest") agrees to pay for the extra person double the going

rate for the duration of the reservation stay with the credit card left on file.



**WBR provides bedding and beds for 12 guests. Beds included in base rate for 12 guests, include 4 Queens and 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Bed (which sleeps 12). Only additional beds or bedding are provided if you are paying for more than 12 guests. Extra bed/bedding charges are located on General Policy page.
