「Property is very nice but lack of staff in Restaurant」

「Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. 」

「Medicore property. Bathroom smelled like sewage a little bit and rooms seemed a bit run down but overall it wasn't bad for a one night stay.」

「What we didnt like - strange smell in the rooms, staff pushing all the time to go for buffet meals, getting hot and spicy dishes despite explicitly stating "no chillies", garden was unkempt. Breakfast was decent, chet was quite apologetic about the faux pas with dinner and tried best to make amends.」
