「Pilhibit House is one of my favorite hotels, at least in India. I feel at home every time I am a quest to this marvelous property. I stayed at Pilibhit House this year and last year for MahaShivratri, as it is right on Maa Ganga in Haridwar, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Har Ki Pauri Ghat. The property is beautiful, with an inner courtyard, right on Maa Ganga, with a private ghat for Aarties and pojas. The personnel is amazing. Everyone at the Hotel makes you feel welcomed and taken...

「Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. Nowhere to walk from it, hills are steap- in the same.time it's a great location - its peaceful . You need to take taxi to main Street and Dalai...

「Hotel is very nice. It has good location and great views. It has place to sit or walk around with scenery all around. Staff is excellent. Food is good although a bit expensive. The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. 」

「国立公園保護区でサファリツアーをするなら、ゲートまで近いこのホテルがいいと思います。 （ちなみに10分くらいは車でかかります） 4人でジープを貸し切った状態で7000rs（このときのレートで11000円くらい）で、ホテルで申し込むことができます。朝6:00～、夕16:00～の２コースが用意されています。所要時間3時間くらいです。 ガイドに聞くと4月、次に1月が良いとのこと。暑くなったり雨季になると緑が生い茂り動物が見つけにくいらしいです。9月上旬の今回は夕方のコースを選択し、トラは見ることができませんでしたが雰囲気が楽しめて素晴らしい経験でした。 ホテルの食事も日本人好みにオーダーしてもらうことができました。プールもとてもきれいで水温が高めに設定してあるのも良いと思います。強いていうならお部屋が少し湿っぽかったですが、インドですので許容範囲でしょう。施設はきれいです。」

「トイレとシャワーの間に仕切りがあってシャワーあびてもトイレまで濡れたりしません。ただタンク式のホットシャワーなので15リットル使ったところで水に変わります。10分待てばまたお湯がたまるそうです。滞在中はネットの調子が良くなく途切れたりしました。」

「First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.」
