2402 Lighthouse Tennis is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025. This remodeled, pet-friendly, one-bedroom, one bathroom flat has been thoughtfully outfitted with carefully curated furnishings to provide the best possible guest experience.

The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private balcony through new sliding glass doors overlooking the community lagoon. The renovated kitchen offers ample counter space, stainless appliances and additional seating space at the kitchen bar. The adjacent dining area also overlooks the lagoon and lowcountry scenery.

The bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, work space and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom has double sinks and a spacious, tile walk-in shower.

Vehicle Policy: Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

Lighthouse Tennis Villas is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of our Lighthouse Tennis Sea Pines villa can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!
