The fully renovated kitchen offers custom cabinetry, black appliances and granite counters.

The first level bedroom features a king bed. This room has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is located on the second level and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a luxurious private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The owners of this townhome have provided kid-friendly gear, including a pack n' play, beach toys and beach chairs for the adults.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Turnberry Hilton Head in Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site saltwater swimming pool open April through October and a community picnic area. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
