With plenty of windows flooding the space with natural light, this villa boasts a large living room complete with built-ins and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Step outside to your private outdoor living space and take in the fairway views while unwinding in the serene surroundings.

The on-site pool offers a refreshing escape, ideal for cooling off during the warmer months. Enjoy the poolside relaxation with a good book or take a dip to rejuvenate. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Explore the abundance of activities Hilton Head has to offer, from 12 miles of white sandy beaches to championship golf at Shipyard Golf Club, and tennis courts at Van der Meer Racquet Club. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring break

The rental was nice and clean, very spacious and as described on listing. The only issue we had was one of the exterior doors does not lock which is a slight safety hazard, although in a nice and gated community i would have prefered if all exterior doors locked because it did make us feel uneasy at night. Other then the door lock issue everything else about the rental was nice.
