No host on site, although is very quiet and private, feels safe, close shops all walking distance, we did get locked out of our room when trying to get back to our room with all our luggage and kids as the keypad batteries died and had to wait aprox 20 min for a maintenance worker to come to property- as it was near 9pm on a Saturday night- our one wall of outlets had no power to them in the kitchen but we acclimated, is a good value overall for the space, but be nice to have more staff presence on property and labeled better where indoor pool is etc.. everything is very hidden.

We love staying at this property. The condo was very clean and spacious for our needs. We love the area and look forward to staying here every fall. My only critique would be the beds. The room with the double beds was not very comfortable, and the sheets seemed old and worn. The other rooms didn't have any complaints about beds.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend.

This was a fabulous location and a perfect property for our family. Everybody had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and allowed everyone their own space, while providing a fun gathering area. The short walk to the shops, restaurants, beach, pools, and Pool Bar Jim’s was fantastic. I did not drive my car the entire week!

Family Vaca at SeaCrest

The property was just as described in the listing. Very accessible to ocean, pools were nice, Pool Bar Jim’s was an added bonus for the hot beach days. Having Coligny right next door is very convenient for groceries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to rent the week. Amazing condo and perfect location!

Exceptionally clean condo complex and individual unit! Very spacious condo with large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as plenty of seating in living area. Loved the location where you were right on the beach and right next to Coligny shopping/ restaurants/ bars.

Amazing location and property

We really enjoyed the property and the condo is very nicely kept. Only a few picky comments. 1) the master bedroom door does not lock which was less than ideal. 2) the master bedroom bed mattress needs replacement. 3) One of the towel bars was missing in the guess bath and should be replaced. Otherwise fantastic.

Great Experience

I loved this property and we had a great stay. This place was extremely clean for a rental which is a huge plus. The location is great, nice amenities as advertised and comfortable. Only minor things I would tweak (no salt and pepper left behind was a first, as it seems they clean out everything). The couches and chairs are not super comfortable, but we were outside most of the time. Overall this was one of the best rentals I have had.

Overall great but worn furniture and little ocean view

We loved this location and the condo was clean. Check in process was easy. Furniture (especially in living room) is simply worn out. Also, I would not consider this property as having an ocean view. You had to stand in one spot on the main balcony and lean out a bit to see the ocean. Still, the location was so perfect. We would rent again.

Wonderful stay!

Overall this is an excellent property and is just as described. Very clean, great location, excellent communication. Only complaints or issues include no sheets for the sofa bed, the multi-cup coffee pot did not work and the carpet could use replacing. However, not enough issues to prevent us from staying there again.

Awesome place to stay

Our condo was beautiful and very clean and equipped with enough dishwasher and laundry detergent and kitchen utensils that we could concentrate on having fun in the Hilton Head area. They even had plastic containers to store leftovers from restaurants and our own cooking. That was appreciated. The only negative was that the ground crew and some condo units being remodeled made sleeping past 7 or 8am on two weekdays difficult. So we just went to see the beautiful sunrise rather than sleeping in.

Just a quick walk away...

This facility and its location was great. It was a quick walk away from the beach, grocery, coffee, lunch, dinner... You get the point. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Will certainly consider renting again.
