Shower had lots of hair in it when we arrived. Made staff aware of condition, they didn't address. We finally cleaned shower ourselves.
There was NO HOT WATER our entire 6 days. Brought to front desk staff attention on first morning. Nothing got fixed. Hard to get sunscreen off with only cold water.
TV in adjoining room was on for over 2 straight days. Asked staff if occupants could reduce the volume during the night. Turns out room was empty and nobody checked on it until we said something.

Food was not great…. Every restaurant has the same menu…. Food wasn’t worth the trip or the price…. But the staff and surroundings were fab…. Went to the Canoe House for great food ( Mauna Lani)

This is a rip-off. All fruits were more expensive than other stores. The fruits are not that sweet. Beware!!! Count your change. They will try to give you less, by at least $1
