ヒレロズのホステル

「Værelset var rent og personalet var venligt」

「good」

「We were a group of five with an advanced reservation for three nights but it seemed the team was not ready to welcome us - the soap at the basin was not filled enough. We ran out of it in a morning, so we approached the reception to request to refill it while we are out. I believe it was obvious we were going out, but the staff I spoke to tried to just pass the refill. I asked again to come in to our room during the day time and refill it but the clerk told me to stop by again when we were back....

「I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. You have your own bed in the cabin, which offers privacy even if you're sharing the room with others. The shower and toilet are also thoroughly cleaned. The conversation with the hotel staff was smooth. Overall, this stay provides great value for the price.」

「Overall good quality for a hostel although the toilet in the room was broken. The staff were super friendly and helpful and efficient. I rated three stars because it was way too expensive for a bunk bed. If this was an appropriate price then I would have rated five stars as it’s a good hostel! Great location and clean. Good to be able to rent a bike. The locker was useful. 」

「施設が綺麗で充実している。 来客数に対してフロントのスタッフ数が少ないように感じる。」

「Thank you for the comfortable stay.」
