"I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). Despite the cloudy weather affecting our eclipse viewing, everything about the lodging was outstanding. "Front desk staff Phyllis and Ruth were very friendly and accomodating. The bartender, Valerie, is very sweet and fun to talk with. All the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for its location but ended up loving the staff."
