「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. My sister who does not live in UK did not have the idea of having a cold croissant for breakfast put it to toaster which...

「All I can say about this amazing hotel is that it’s simply wonderful. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The castle was so big that I got lost several times, but the staff kindly helped me each time. Even though I didn’t have a restaurant reservation, they still provided breakfast and dinner without any issue, and I’m truly grateful for that. I would definitely love to stay here again on a special occasion.」

「地域のハブステーションであるチェスター駅の目の前にある立地がとにかく便利。 内装やスタッフの対応など、全体的には四つ星ホテルとして申し分なし。 泊まった部屋のトイレの水がやたら流れづらかったのだけが気になりました。 あとはバスタブもある部屋だったのは良いとして、シャワーガードの扉が短いので慣れてない日本人にとってはちょっと扱いづらいかもしれません。 それらが問題なければ、おすすめできるホテルです。」

「家族3人には部屋はとても快適でした。特に2部屋をつないだような部屋で、ドレッサーも十分なものでした。歩いて15分ほどのところには大きなスーパーもあり、買い物にも便利です。（ＴＥＳＣＯ Ｅｘｐｒｅｓｓならもっと近くにあります)朝食もおいしく、是非再度泊まりたいホテルです。」
