"The room was nice, clean, and some of the staff was friendly... however i strongly caution anyone staying here to be sure not to leave anything of value in the room!! My son had a Nintendo switch case with 16 games stolen from our room while we were gone all day. They reviewed security tape and only 1 person went into our room but because the case wasn't seen as she was walking out, nothing can be done. I wouldn't suggest requesting more towels without bringing the dirty ones down either- we got a lot of attitude from the evening person for just requesting fresh towels/ washcloths and you might get something of value taken if you request anything! Overall the room was clean and comfortable but definitely not trustworthy! Manager was nice about the review of theft. Lesson learned. "

"Although the location was very good, the property needs to be refurbished. It is old and tired. The day we left, the elevator was out of order. There were two people in wheelchairs trapped on the third floor. We were able to carry our luggage and gear down in 2 trips. The breakfast was your usual hotel fare, nothing special. We will not be back."

"Requested bed made after three days, promised and not executed. Sticky floor, lights out in bathroom, mold in shower, dusty lights, the pool was closed and was not told so upon booking. Also poorly stocked. They were out of bottles waters for sale. So not worth it!"
