"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. "It was our first time in Cancun, we were meeting with the grandparents there for Christmas. Conveniently located, very close to the bus stop and a beach access. If you’re traveling on a budget, Casa Clarita is a great place to stay. Apartment was older, but we loved the interior design. Our host Narda was excellent, always very prompt with communication. Few little things could use attention but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. "

"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling like we were bothering people for things. The beach club is nice but is not at all attached to the property, it’s about a 10 min drive away and all beach chairs (that wouldn’t require extra payment) were taken by 10:30am. Restaurants require a reservation, but without one there’s no options for dinner other than room service, unless the restaurant happens to be able to squeeze you in. Buffet is open for breakfast and lunch but is pretty limited. Vantage club access was nice. Overall, beautiful property, probably some of the better food we’ve had in taste, but I will not be coming back. I prefer all inclusives where I don’t have to feel so stressed about coordinating each part of our day. "

"Our stay at emporio was the worst thing I have experienced I travel a lot and wanted to give them a chance and it went terribly when room was cleaned towels wouldnt be replaced with clean ones it was a struggle to have a towel that was clean and it would be an issue asking the staff cause they had a terrible attitude felt like asking was a bother when it’s there job this resort had 3 jacuzzis and not a single one was hot they felt like normal pools we would ask staff to see if they can’t make it hotter or what’s wrong and they would avoid it and never come back pillows in room had black spots and our ac, hot water for shower and refrigerator did not work they said they fixed it but looked and felt the same also the resort was under a lot of renovation that they never mentioned so we were limited in certain areas there was also little bugs in the shower and in our room water would leak from the side when we would shower we asked the receptionist upfront if we could switch rooms and she said that would be an extra $95 a night after telling her everything that’s wrong with the room our beach was full of it i understand it’s high season but we visited other beaches near by and they were cleaned up "

"The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! "
