「Room was clean and had everything we needed, with the nice addition of some balloons and a birthday message on our return after a day out for our daughter, having told them why we were there on arrival. Staff really helpful throughout. Last minute decision to eat in the bar area (restaurant fully booked) provided us with nice meals, which was against some of the reviews we had read, so I am assuming improvements have been made.
