"We really enjoyed our visit. The only thing we could say is the bed in room 103 could do with replacing, quite uncomfortable. The bathroom should be updated, along with a new bed would make the room excellent. The food we found to very good and overall we will definitely recommend The Black Boys hotel, thank you."

"Beautiful hotel, rooms are just stunning and have you everything you could need. They even have little extra add ons in the corridors such as marshmallows for the fire, bath oils etc. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Could not recommend enough"

"What a cosy and welcoming find! Lovely place. It's all the little touches that make a difference. The heating on when we arrived. A bottle of prosecco and two glasses waiting along with farm, fresh milk and two homemade chocolate muffins. When we arrived back from our walk on Saturday, our host handed us eleven fresh eggs. Beautiful walks through woods and farmland. Local pubs are within walking distance, Aylsham just a short drive away and the local shop and cafe is delightful. We couldn't have asked for more. "Property was tvery pleasant and very pet friendly. Plenty of places to walk. The host kindly gave us some milk and Prosecco which was gratefully received. The worst thing was the wi-fi which was very slow and often dropped out. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful but unfortunately fell off the wall and the whole curtain rail collapsed. Fortunately it just missed my head.We loved the area and all in all had a lovely few days break away."
