"What a cosy and welcoming find! Lovely place. It's all the little touches that make a difference. The heating on when we arrived. A bottle of prosecco and two glasses waiting along with farm, fresh milk and two homemade chocolate muffins. When we arrived back from our walk on Saturday, our host handed us eleven fresh eggs. Beautiful walks through woods and farmland. Local pubs are within walking distance, Aylsham just a short drive away and the local shop and cafe is delightful. We couldn't have asked for more. "Staff were friendly and professional. We were dealt with immediately and shown our room and given all relevant information. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was exceptional, as was our breakfast the next day. Would definitely recommend. "

"Property was tvery pleasant and very pet friendly. Plenty of places to walk. The host kindly gave us some milk and Prosecco which was gratefully received. The worst thing was the wi-fi which was very slow and often dropped out. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful but unfortunately fell off the wall and the whole curtain rail collapsed. Fortunately it just missed my head.We loved the area and all in all had a lovely few days break away."
