「Considering the hotel is at M25 services, there was no traffic noise. The lady on check in was very friendly and made a fuss of the dog. The room was a bit dated but it was a dog-friendly room so can understand that. The only downsides were the toilet cistern took an age to refill after being flushed and the room smelt a little musty but for the price we paid, those of very minor complaints. It was good value for money.」
