「We stayed at this hotel for five nights and unfortunately had several issues that were never resolved during our stay. The biggest problem was the lack of Wi-Fi in our room. We reported it every day by calling, stopping at the front desk, and even filling out a maintenance request form. 「The King suite was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. It was serviced every third day but extra towels or other needs were available at the desk. We didn’t like the tiny pillows on the bed and much prefer a full sized pillow. The morning breakfast could be a better selection. The oatmeal and waffles often ran out. And my husband really disliked the coffee ( I drink tea). He said it tasted like water.」

「マウントラッシュモアまで２０分、空港まで２０分で、観光の拠点にはちょうど良い位置。またとてもきれいで朝食エリアも、丁寧に掃除してくれるので快適でした」

「Tv sound was off, couldn’t hear it. Very tinny sounding and HBO had no sound. Orange juice was mostly water and I barely had enough batter to make a waffle so someone probably didn’t get one. The personal were nice though」
