"When I arrived to check in, I had given the guy at the desk my phone to show my confirmation number and gave him my ID. I’d had a long day and was exhausted. I was told my reservation was made for the next day and they had no rooms available for the night. I was shocked and thought there’s no way I reserved the wrong day. He gave me back my phone and I looked at my reservation and it was correct, I didn’t make a mistake. He said the reservation wasn’t showing up. Tired and grumpy I said, there are absolutely no rooms available? he all the sudden said oh, wait, here’s your reservation. Stressful!"
