"Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms "

"Host doesn’t pay attention to details. Sinks drain very slowly. Fireplace tray full and dirty. I cleaned out tray and cleaned glass so we could use it. Tried contacting Joseph several times prior and during. No response. BBQ full of grease and dirty. Small grease fire in BBQ. I bought some items to clean it so we could safely use it. House is cute and comfortable. No checkout instructions. Location was great. Super quiet and tons of wildlife. "

I would suggest a binder with general info about the house - how to work the golf cart & operate the lights by the firepit. Include a general map of the community with pool, beach, lodge & trash locations and hours of operation for each. Maybe include local restaurants, farm markets and attractions. "
