"The hotel is being remodeled which is a good thing. The staff was pleasant. Our room had been refreshed and was clean. Our problem was the breakfast area was under construction so they just had a very skimpy carry away bag with little to choose from for breakfast. If you advertise free hot breakfast, you should let people know when they book that it is not available. "

"It was fine for a cheap short term stay. I was visiting a friend in Worcester for one night. The hotel was close to the city without city prices. Check in was simple and the front desk worker was kind and welcoming. The room was fine. I did have to wipe hair out of the shower. Everything else was fine, albeit worn down. My biggest issue was the noise from the adjoining room. I don't think they were being loud, but I heard everything. Full conversations to them brushing their teeth. The TV was great and having a fridge and microwave was good. Climate control. All of the light bulbs were different colors, but that's more my own neurodivergence showing. The bed was clean and comfortable. I just grabbed coffee, but it looked like breakfast included the standard continental fare plus hot potatoes and eggs. Overall, considering the prices in the area, this felt fair."

"Walls paper thin, beds very uncomfortable, no lighting in main common area with pool, dirty, needs a major makeover and worst of all wayyyyy tooooo expensive for what it was -very disappointing "

"Simple and efficient Holiday Inn. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Walking distance to a Panera Bread, which was convenient. "

"So I would give it even less than one star if at all possible. For starters the first conversation with the woman at the front desk was about how many times the cops had been there recently,which I thought great. There was an issue with the booking which was my fault but she made it into a bigger deal. After making a new reservation we waited 30-40 mins for it to show up on her end because she refused to look it up by the confirmation number I had. She was rude then and that was just the start. While all this is going on she continuously disappearing to the back where what I assume was her family was and was more worried about ordering food with them. It was as like take your kid to work day but she had the whole family. Next get to the room,just dirty. Ice bucket had all hair in it, nips underneath the bed. Only one set of towels so I go down and ask for more and a guy comes to the counter with bare feet and tells me that’s all I get. 2 people 1 set of towels for 2 days. Had to get aggravated till finally he gets some. Again so rude. The next I leave dirty towels at door at 11am comeback at 4pm there still at the door. Bring them down and ask for more and the same rude woman told me that’s all I get she can’t take them on 2nd shift if she does the state can shut them down and her fired. Totally nasty with me. 2 day stay they argued with me I get one set of towels unless 3 or more day stay for 2 ppl.The woman at the front desk rude and awful stay. $72 per night not worth it"

"The room is large, clean and AC is quite and effective. In addition, the room had special shades, blinds, to keep the room dark at morning hours, this worked great for me."

"Everything was great. A little dated, but well kept. The breakfast was very basic continental. The floors are tiled. Maid service was great. "
