"Stay was nice and convenient to the Willamette campus. Nice bar and free breakfast. They do not provide daily cleaning service. Free parking under the building. overall a good stay"

"I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately and apologized and taken care of this issue but this hotel management did NOTHING. Very disappointing. "
