A bright and open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped for relaxing nights in or leisurely breakfasts before a day out.
Step outside to a lovely courtyard garden with outdoor seating – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Located on a quiet street with on-street parking available, you`re just a short walk from the town centre, where you`ll find riverside walks, shops, pubs, and great local dining.

Whether you`re here for a weekend getaway, a regatta, or simply to enjoy the charm of Henley, this is the perfect base.

• No smoking inside the property
• No unauthorised visitors to the property
• Only the guests listed on the booking form are allowed inside the property
• All names of the guests over the age of 18 staying must be provided upon booking
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
