"We had a wonderful experience staying at Brit Hotels! The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean. It has a great central London location and is close to a tube station (Earl's Court, on Piccadilly and District lines). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of everything, they offer free still and sparkling water, a variety of teas and coffee."

"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....
