Excellent staff at the front desk, breakfast and in the gym room. Excellent breakfast; very lavish and extensive. It was also very clean. Well equipped Gym. The people of Helsinki were warm, helpful and friendly. Walking distance to all major attractions including Market Square.

The staff and amenities were great. The fact a construction site was next door and they started worrk at 7am was brutal. The room was a bit pricey for what you get.

The staff were accommodating, and breakfast was lovely too. Perfectly situated in the city center, with many local landmarks and shops within walking distance. Would recommend!

I found this hotel has very new property and all needed during your stay is there in the room, except room shoes. It was quiet inside the room.

I spent 2 nights in the relatively new Radisson Red. Centrally located next to the Central Station and walking distance to the shopping streets and location attractions. Please note, there's currently road works between the Central Station and the hotel, which made it a bumpy gravelly trip hauling the large suitcase to the hotel. I had a lovely corner room with views of the park. Clean and quiet rooms with plenty of lights and a big screen smart TV. There's also a gymand sauna in the basement, although I didn't use these. My booking included buffet breakfast, which had a reasonable collection. The highlight was the made to order omlettes, with the option of adding reindeer meat in it. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again if I visit Helsinki again.

Hieno hotelli, lähes uusi. Kaikki näytti tosi hyvältä ja puitteet olivat todella hyvät. Palvelu oli ihan tavallista. Huoneen lasit olivat likaiset ja pölyä oli pinnoilla tosi paljon. Ärsytti, koska kokonaisuus olisi ollut muuten niin hyvä.

Dejlig centralt hotel med gode faciliteter
Lækkert nyere hotel i centrum af Helsinki. Vi overnattede på et superior værelse, som klart kan anbefales til par. Personalet på hotellet var meget hjælpsomme og servicen var rigtig god. Rengøring på værelset var ligeledes helt som den skulle være. Hyggelig lounge/restaurant/bar i stueplan. Menu-kort til restauranten var begrænset, men maden var lækker og godt tilberedt.

Nice place to stay. Conveniently located. Good breakfast buffet and (machine) coffee. Just note full housekeeping clean isn’t daily so things like coffee pods for the in room nspresso machine and bottled water are not restocked during your stay.

De kamer, de locatie, het personeel zijn top om Helsinki te bezoeken. Centraal gelegen met mooi uitzicht - onze kamer was op 8 met zicht op het park. Super vriendelijk personeel! Minpuntje de sauna voor de mannen was defect. Aanrader!

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Rooms are super clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a standard hotel buffet with great food. Coffee is good but would have been amazing if they offered a barista made coffee. Location is close to transport and shops.

A stylish and sleek hotel at a walkable distance from the main square and the train station. I attended a university event and the campus was around the corner. I recommend staying in a superior room as it provides beautiful views of the park and feels quite spacious. The breakfast selection is superb! Highly recommended!
