Enjoy peace and quiet, space and modern comfort at Penthouse Brachfeld: a light and cosy holiday flat of approximately 115 m² for up to four people. The penthouse is situated on the top floor of Villa Brachfeld, at the gateway to the Eifel National Park and within walking distance of Hellenthal town centre.

After an active day out in the countryside, it’s wonderful to come home. Relax by the wood-burning stove, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen or soak up the sun on the spacious south-facing balcony. Thanks to the generous living space, two spacious bedrooms and plenty of privacy, the flat is ideal for couples, friends or a family looking for comfort and a relaxing stay in the Eifel.

Penthouse Brachfeld has been available to let since April 2026. During the renovation, the entire top floor was completely demolished and rebuilt as a brand-new, high-quality penthouse. Everything has been designed, finished and furnished with great care, so that guests feel right at home here.

Bright, spacious and comfortable in every season
The high ceilings and large windows give the flat a light and spacious feel. All windows are fitted with triple glazing and luxury external Raffstore blinds. This effectively blocks out direct sunlight, whilst preserving natural light, the view and the open atmosphere.

The high-quality insulation protects against both heat and cold. During the colder months, the underfloor heating – which can be controlled individually in each room – ensures a pleasant and even indoor climate. As a result, the penthouse offers optimum comfort in every season.

Layout of the penthouse
Penthouse Brachfeld features a spacious and cosy living area with a comfortable seating area, a wood-burning stove, a spacious dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are also two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet, a separate guest toilet and a separate storage room.

Outdoor enjoyment and private access
The flat has a spacious south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy breakfast, relax in the sun or round off the day with a drink. On the other side of the house is an additional seating and dining area with a Weber barbecue.

The flat has its own entrance and a parking space right next to the house. This means you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy both indoors and outdoors.

Villa Brachfeld
Villa Brachfeld comprises two fully self-contained holiday flats: Penthouse Brachfeld on the top floor and Ferienwohnung Brachfeld on the middle floor. This advert relates exclusively to Penthouse Brachfeld.

Each flat has its own entrance and private outdoor space and is laid out to ensure guests enjoy as much peace and privacy as possible. To maintain this tranquillity and out of consideration for the immediate neighbourhood, both flats are not let to a single group at the same time.

Quietly situated yet close to everything
Villa Brachfeld is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Hellenthal, less than 700 metres from the centre. Restaurants, shops and a large Aldi are easily accessible on foot.

A walk of less than 100 metres from the flat takes you straight into the countryside. Various walking and cycling routes also run practically right past the front door, meaning you can often leave the car at home.

Discover the Eifel
Hellenthal lies at the gateway to the Eifel National Park and is an ideal base for walking, cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling and simply relaxing amidst the woods, hills and reservoirs.

The Oleftalsperre, the Hellenthal Wildlife Reserve, Monschau, the Rursee, Kronenburger See, the Vennbahn and the Nürburgring are all within easy reach. Every season has its own charm: in spring, thousands of wild daffodils bloom, and in winter, Weißer Stein offers winter sports opportunities when there is enough snow.

Cities such as Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Trier and Maastricht, as well as the wine regions of the Ahr Valley and the Moselle, are also ideal for a day trip.
