"Comfy beds, great location 10 minute walk to train directly into Stockholm. Gym with a sauna. Breakfast was great but hectic. Dinner is only a buffet during summer with super limited options for a big price- better off eating at one of the restaurants down the street or in Stockholm. We were incredibly disappointed because our room was right above the kitchen with a super squeaky door so we could hear them going in and out early in the morning and late at night making sleep very difficult. When we told staff the first time nothing was done, second time they said they would stop using the door (they didn’t). The third time again nothing was done. Not once were we offered to move rooms nor offered even a small refund which to me is poor customer service. We won’t be back because of this."

"Place was so clean and really impressive. The staff was super helpful with our travel questions for the area. Breakfast here was OUTSTANDING! The rooftop bar closed at 9(or 8?) each night we were there and we didn't return to our room till after it closed. We were disappointed it closed so early for a bar and would have liked to try that in our evenings there. We absolutely loved this hotel and would return any time we go back. One big thing that needs to be addressed though. The shower in our room was in the bathtub. The bathtub sits high up so you have to step up a lot further than a normal tub to enter and it was super slippery. I tried to reach for my towel the first time and nearly fell. So I started having to use the side grab bar and told my cousin. She agreed that was really a hazard to have it raised and very slippery. That should be redone or improved in some way. But great stay overall! Very close to many shops and restaurants and a short trip from the train station. Also close was the Arlanda Express that was an amazing way to get to the airport."

"The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us. The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities. Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there. Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see."
