  • Welcome to relaxation! This villa is privately owned and managed. Villa has 2 dedicated parking spots, 2 porches perfect for relaxing and privileges at both the IGLS club house and pool as well as the Innsbruck Golf Club amenities. The Innsbruck Community has 24-hour security guard, gated entrance, paved roads and is just minutes from Downtown Helen's shopping and restaurants.

Pet friendly however my only issue was no grassy area anywhere for them to potty unless you walk them up the hill to the community center. House was clean and comfortable. And the host is amazing. Great location for a visit to Helen.

Dale was very responsive and helpful. The cabin was perfect, much better than a hotel. The setting was peaceful and beautiful but close enough to the activity of Helen. The the inside was clean and had the amenities we needed, the fireplace was a nice extra relaxing touch. Will definitely stay again!

Even though there are neighbors, it felt as if we were secluded and in the woods. Paved (steep) roads were nice and very close to everything. A very comfortable place to stay.

Nice little cabin

Great size for a small family of 4. Quiet location out of the noise of down town but close enough to get here quickly. Everything was clean and very accommodating.

Winter Getaway

Close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay at the Treetop Retreat. It's in a quiet, gated community and close to everywhere that we wanted to go. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway spot

This was a fantastic location; close to everything, but in a gorgeous wooded area with a stream running through it. Spectacular views from the balconies. It was so quiet and peaceful! We felt very safe. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great place to stay

Very clean, tidy, quite and relaxing area to stay in. Great neighborhood. Very close to downtown. Fantastic host with great customer service.
