"Vi bodde i 3. etasje og heisen fungerte ikke under hele oppholdet. Reparasjon var umulig å få ordnet.
Utleier skyldte på Huseier og huseier skyldte på Schindler (heisselskapet)
Det var så kaldt i leiligheten at vi måtte tak kontakt og klage. Da ble dette rettet opp.
Intet renhold.
Krav om at vi ved avreise måtte sørge for å tømme s øpla. Hvis ikke dette ble gjort, ville det bli et gebyr på 35 PLN.
Skitne og flekkete trekk på spisetuestolene. Svart ubekvem og simpel sofa i stua.
