"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. Generally a pleasant stay, the room we booked had a foldable sofa bed, which was firm, but not at all uncomfortable. "Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was amazing - also very busy! But could always find a table and the lovely staff kept replenishing the food. We also loved the swimming pool area. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar man even lent us cash when we didn't have enough to pay for a taxi. The room was great for us (a family of 4) - spacious and well equipped. You can request extra cleaning and we did which was very helpful."

The Cloud One Gdansk, part of the Motel One Group

10/10 Excellent
"Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Welcoming. Clean room, and comfy bed. Room cleaned daily. Hotel right in the old town, walking distance to all sights. Lots of cafes, bars, grocery shops, close by. Big bar area with comfy sofas. Room quiet at night, You come and go as you please with card key and although hotel main doors shut at night you can use card key to open. Solo female traveller. Really enjoyed my stay there. Would go again. Recommend."
