「The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

「One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded 」

「It’s not in front of the public transport. However feasible by Metro and Bus stations. The breakfast was helpful there was not any shops around it. 」

「チェックインより前に着きましたが、荷物を預かってくださり、街に出る方法で最短・最安で行ける方法など丁寧に教えてくださいました。空港までの送迎バスも20分おきに出ていて、とても便利でした！！スタッフが皆いい雰囲気です。また利用したいです。」
