Great Stay At The Woods

Spend a wonderful long 4th of July weekend here with our son and friends. The house was spacious for the three kids, four adults, and dogs. It and very clean with necessities provided. We have stayed at the Woods several times and really loved this property's location-- walking distance to the pool and the great deck with a nice view (perfect for the fireworks). Especially appreciated the responsiveness from the host and the easy check in and out process. Would recommend and would return!

All on one level

We were pleased to find a 3 bedroom home that was all on one level (two stairs to get into the house). My Father-in-law is ambulatory but is 94 and this was perfect for his level of mobility. The house also had a bathroom with a step-in shower. There was a lovely view of the 18th hole on The Woods Mountain View golf course. Our only wish would have been to have a Keurig coffee maker as we had brought pods with us. We would book this house again.

Short family stay at the Woods

This is a good property and the owner is VERY communicative and responsive, including accommodating our last minute stay. The location is very near to the golf course and one of the outdoor pools and only a short (less than 5 minutes) drive to the sports center, spa, indoor pool and courts. (You need daily passes to the sports center).The Woods is a very casual, well-maintained, resort-styled community. And there is plenty of activity.The home is in good shape and - as advertised - it is not lavish or palatial. If this home continues to be upgraded and maintained, then this would've been a 5* review.Great for a family of 4 and a dog!

In general a very nice place. Needs some small touches. The fire place was not cleaned. Need instructions on how to open windows. Nice community

Nice community, Oh my concerns were that it would get very hot during the day in the house and the master bedroom shower door was broken. TVs would be nice in the bedrooms, but overall it was a clean and lovely stay. The owners are very responsive.
