「My husband, stepdaughter and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. We all wish it had been longer. The photos don’t do this property justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed, and is hidden perfectly from the road. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.」

「Near the beach, short walk was no problem. Definitely a beach shack, perfect for us! Well laid out, very easy to get comfortable, Altho the floor is concrete so took a while to warm up the place. Also the sheets were crusty :/ and we had to change them, but they had extras east to find. They seemed laundered, but not clean. We would stay again, but we like quirky little shacks :) The most uncomfortable part was communication with Vacasa. A little expensive for what you get, with all the fees.」

「Five older women looking for a great place to stay while visiting the Oregon Coast from Arizona. We all loved the location, view, and the decor of this beautiful place. We sat outside on the deck each morning and evening enjoying the sights. We shopped and ate in Old Town all within walking distance. The communication was excellent and the treats left appreciated. 「I have notified the owners that I left a couple of items in their rental. A charging cable and an Echo Dot Alexa which was left behind a curtain inside in the living room area. The owners don’t seem like they are very responsive in getting these items back to me! Leaving it up to the cleaning lady to take care of. I will gladly pay postage to have these things mailed to me! 「We love being “right on the river” yet in the center of the historic area and really good restaurants. The balcony is very private and it is fun to watch the boats, the birds, the seals. 「This is the nicest VRBO that we have stayed in. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of supplies; cooking oil, coffee & sugar 40+ different spices, nice cooking pans & utensils not to mention bath supplies. They have rock painting stuff, paper, colored pencils ect so get creative. Lots of books & movies. There is a deck next to a creek. I can't say enough good things about it.」

「It was a wonderful place to call home base for a couple days and will probably stay again since I am in Florence frequently. I do recommend using Fleabusters to treat the floors and furniture for fleas. My dogs started scratching the day after we got there. That is the only reason it got 4 stars. It is peaceful, quiet at night and you can hear the ocean!!」

「This rental is a downstairs unit of a new build house. There is parking space in the driveway. You must descend a staircase to access the unit. Everything is nice, new, and beautifully done. The art in the bedrooms is whimsical and cute. The kitchen is stocked with many appliances, cookware, dishes, and tools, all tucked away neatly in the cabinets. The unit was the perfect size for us.
