ヘブンリー・ビレッジ ホテル

「Great location. Friendly staff! Nice pool.」

「The property overall is in good condition, our room was clean and beautiful and it didn’t smell of smoke at all. The staff at the front desk were all very polite and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again. What I didn’t like was that I was charged $30.00 for parking I mean if you’re a guest at the hotel I believe you shouldn’t have to pay that much for parking.」

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「The staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and did the the job. We had a great time.」

「Hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Great food, great staff. Hot tub closes at 9. Other than that I could not have been happier.」

「Loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi, open despite the cold weather!」

「This was a great place to stay. It’s not the newest & could probably use some updating but very impressed with how clean. The lake view & access to the beach are amazing. Enjoyed the message from the spa & the best part was being able to use the comfy robes our entire stay. The ONLY complaint I have is the internet connection - specifically for the television. It was impossible to watch a movie. Would stay here again!」

「Very nice place and very dog friendly for our 2 Frenchie babies!」

「Food was great, well maintained and clean rooms!」
