「The building itself was more like a prison, leaking ceiling onto the stairs, lift out of order. Then the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked in. There was a bag over the smoke detector, clearly previous occupants had been smoking. The Wi-Fi wasn’t available as advertised, the toilet flusher was broken and there was a laundry cupboard full of dirty sheets. I think a refund is very much due. 」
