"The hot tub was closed because it is being re-lined. We used the sauna and pool which were fine. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. Ate dinner at the restaurant on location. Food is always good there. Drinks are excellent. Wait staff is fast and friendly. We like when the hotel has an event on site so we can make an overnight of it. "

"Hotel was nice! Large pool, just a heads up if going when it’s cold outside it is cold in the building and rooms especially the pool room, room heaters do not auto adjust to temp they either stay on or u shut it off. Breakfast was great! The pool was warm and so was the hot tub but the jets on the tub do not work. All in all was a good stay! "

"Really liked my stay. Its a work in progress. The room was beautiful. The mattress was a high quality memory foam. Kuerig style coffee machine. Very nice and clean. Plunger in sink would shut itself under the running water. A toilet paper dispenser would be nice. Shower is very nice but there was a puddle outside the door after my shower. Water is orange. "

" Very relaxing midwinter stay in early March for wife and I who sort of booked it at last minute. Host went out of way to make sure the road was well cleared and plowed as it was likely really buried in when we made our reservation after recent storms. Very clean cabin and very private set back in woods by frozen river!"

"This place was an absolute gem on the peninsula! It comfortably accommodated seven adults with plenty of bathrooms and showers, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax and spread out. The wood stove made the home incredibly cozy, especially after long days out on the ice. The location couldn’t have been better for ice fishing the first week of March—quick and easy access to the lake.The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and made the evenings even more memorable. Amy was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.We had a great stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway on the peninsula! "
