"The room was nice, a little small for what I was expecting. We booked a king room with a balcony. There were limited amenities in the room, super small mini fridge. We had to pay an extra $75 a night for potential damages, which would be nice to know before booking a non refundable room. We also did not get any room service until the last night we were there. They left us 2 towels in the hotel room, two towels for two people for two nights.. the hotel property itself is nice, with the two restaurants. The breakfast at the restaurant was gross but it was a cute place. I probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"The space was beautiful without a doubt, the esthetic was there. It felt like a cute and quaint stay. Though I wouldn't say this is a luxury stay, the water pressure and heat was less than satisfactory and I do understand there is a very small waterheater for the space. Also, if you want to feel secluded this may not be the space for you. However, it is convenient to great food and drinks in the Hawthorne neighborhood. Overall, a good stay!"

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

"The place was stunning! I am going to have to decorate my house similar to theirs. The place was so clean and all our needs were met. The owners had dogs who greeted us as we arrived. Our 11 month old Ausie loved their place and the backyard was perfect for our pup to run around. We did not use the washer/dryer but we could have. We plan on going back as we visit our son a couple times a year. Just loved our stay! "
