The property has a pool and BBQ within the complex, this property is directly across the road from the beach and a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the Golf Club. Dated and tired

Location is fantastic but the unit needs love. Very tired and dated. Hasn’t had a dollar spent on it since it was built!!
