"Hi, the entire stay was lovely except that a rat or a mouse were getting into the property at night trying to reach out for food. there is a hole in the property where they can get in and out..... the animals woke me up on night 2 and 3 and i have to say that i was quite scared on my second night as i could not work out what was the noise. on night 3, the animal came 3 times at different time during the night and woke me up each time . not pleasant . Thanks "

"It’s a prime location close walking distance to cafes, clubs, restaurants a very good vibe. Our studio room was big & roomy, bed excellent and good little kitchen area. The outside pool needs some running repairs. Staff were very helpful they assisted taking luggage to room"

The property's convenient location, just a short walk from shops and a great selection of dining options, was a real bonus. Breakfast at Little Nell, the restaurant attached to the hotel, was also very enjoyable, with a tasty selection to start the day. What truly stood out, however, was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again."
