Starting from reception I was welcomed by Veronika a professional friendly receptionist oriented to the customer needs.
The entire staff which I meted here was lovely, helpful and nice with everyone.
The rooms was clean, free from odor or anything bad. The accommodation was fantastic, loads of parking spaces, restaurants close and in the hotel with very delicious meals. At restaurant I was greeted by Mrs Maria, a multi language speaker lady who was carefully...
「Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the live piano music on the evening with a cheeky cocktail or two! Will definitely stay again! 」
