Only thing I’d recommend is that they consider offering a change of towels every few days or so as being automatically part of the tariff instead of being subject to an extra charge.」
「It was so nice stay, but there were conditions of being unsatisfied. It's incovenience to carry baggages to the room cause there is no elevator . And lighting in the room were dim, then I wish we could get welcome drinks and table for baggage packing.
