"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. "Eine nette kleine Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach mit einem entsprechend tollen Blick. Die Ankunft verlief unkompliziert und auf Fragen wurde immer zügig und nett geantwortet. Ein paar Küchenutensilien haben wir vermisst, aber nichts dramatisches. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"
