「The hotel was near the airport and we had a very brief stay in the area. Staff were friendly in the dining room. It was difficult when we arrived very late (11.30 pm) after delays with aircraft, to manage the check in. The hotel was excellently clean. It reminds me of a similar type of accommodation in UK - Premier Inn.」

「自転車の旅で利用しようとして予約した。１０５Km自転車をこいで、やっとの思いでホテルに到着する。異常な程の静けさに不思議さを感じながら、玄関へ。ドアが開かない。よく見たら張り紙が2枚。ドイツ語なので内容が判明できない。駐車場には１台も車が止まっていない。人の気配もない。窓から中を見ると閑散としている。観葉植物は萎れている。どう考えても営業しているようには思えない。周囲に別の宿泊施設があるとは思えない地域。１０５Km自転車走行で疲労困憊。路頭に迷う。やむを得ず、着れるものすべてを着て、自転車カバーをテント代わりにかぶり一夜を過ごす。寒さに震え寝不足のまま次のザルツブルグに向かう。帰国後、エクスペディアに事実究明を依頼する。ホテルは７時まで待っていたという返答。７時まで待ってどうするというのだ。別の宿泊施設に私だけ案内しようというのか？納得のいく説明は全くない。謝罪の言葉もない。宿泊施設としての責任感は全くない。確実に宿泊できないという前代未聞の事態の対応としてこれでいいのか？。宿泊施設として失格だ。こんな危険なことはない。皆さんの身の上に再び起こらないように、この事実をお伝えします。」

「Nice place where to stay for a couple of nights. Large and comfortable room. Gym and Spa were great!Restaurant offered tasty dishes, and staff was nice 」

「Self-check-in via the machine. No English speaking staff. Great modern super convenient interior. Very clean. No cafes etc., the motel is located between the villages, hence its a quiet area, fresh air. You can get a coffee / snack at the nearest gas station only. 」
