「Pool was great, did not get a chance to see SPA, had a very stay. Hopefully next time will stay long. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing.」

「We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again!」

「Clean room, staff were pleasant. Breakfast was average. In the centre of the city so close to everything」

「Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime.」

「Wonderful central located hotel.」

「Room in particular bathrooms are very bad and they don’t give simple tea/ coffe with hot water 」

「Brilliant hotel only ket down was no in house catering」

「The room was clean. Most of the staff were helpful. Francisco in the restaurant was extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurant. 」
