"Great location, spacious room"

"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"Great hotel/hostel linked to a cafe, shop and cinema. The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean. Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods). Would totally recommend."

"The hotel is situated right next to the sea and the sunsets are stunning. The room is big and quite comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet had a continuous noxious odour that may be from the backflow or exhaust of other units. "

"The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs."

"Manager was rude, un kind and unprofessional. I believe he may have been drunk. He yelled at my children and cornered me because my son did not put on a shirt quick enough from coming off from the beach. He also yelled at us for not showing from coming from the beach and we simply went for a walk. We never got in the water. But he ran after us and told us we needed to shower outside before we went to the room. We rinsed our feet but apparently that was not enough. Horrible horrible stay and terrible manager. We have on video as well him yelling at our children "
